The Lake Country Mom Favorite!
This is for about 20 oz of Pico de Gallo:
4 Roma Tomatoes
1 lg white onion
1 bunch of cilantro
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Half of jar of jalapeños with juice
Chop all ingredients and combine, dump in juice from jalapenos. Let sit in refrigerator, all the juices from the tomatoes will add to it as it sits. The pico de gallo recipe takes about 10 minutes to make and it’s super easy and really good!
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
