I have shared with you my journey to be healthier. One place that I absolutely love is Core Fitness in Brookfield. It has does amazing things for my body, it has made me leaner, stronger both physically and mentally. Not only is it great workout, but it’s so much fun. There are so many classes to choose from, and each time is different. The feeling I have when I walk out the door is pure accomplishment and pride. Not going to lie, the classes can be tough, yet you can be a beginner too. So, here is the thing, on Saturday, May 9th I am inviting all of you to Core Fitness, and I want you to try a class or two. We are working with them to bring you the Core Fitness + The Lake Country Mom Workout Event! They will be teaching us two classes, shorter versions of a normal class.

12:30pm-1:00pm | Butt + Gut Class: The class is true to it’s name. We focus on shaping and tightening that behind as well as trimming and toning the gut. You will have the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, and the popular CrossCore, we are always changing it up. A full on assault on those hips, buns and abs!
1:30-2:00 | Total Muscle Confusion: A mixture of CrossCore Trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, and core movements infused into a Tabata style of training. This class will never be the same and always have your muscles wondering “what’s next”.
Come for one, or stay for both-or you can can just watch one or both, I just want you to see how much fun it is, and how worth it is. The best part is, it’s FREE! They first class at Core Fitness is always FREE, yet this time you get to try two, and you get the support of all of us there as well! What fun! Tell your friends and family to sign-up. 2. Create an account.
3. Go to group fitness and get “1st class free”.
4. Go back to schedule and sign up for either of the The Lake Country Mom classes listed on May 9th, 2015.
