Local Father’s Day Freebies
Honor dad by taking him out with the family for FREE! Here is a round-up of some offerings places with free admission on Father’s Day!
Milwaukee County Zoo: All dads are admitted free. The zoo is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Milwaukee Public Museum: Free general admission for all dads. The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Dads will also receive the member rate for special exhibits. Other events on Father’s Day include a giveaway in the Museum Marketplace, a burger special in the Museum Cafe, scavenger hunts, face painting, button making and origami.
Betty Brinn Children’s Museum: Free admission for all dads. The museum is open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Discovery World: Free admission for Dads and all children under three years of age from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
GOLF!: Dads golf and ride for FREE at the Whitnall Park Golf Course with a paid round and single-rider golf car rental for tee times after 1 p.m.
Racine Art Musuem: Free admission for all dads from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.!
PIONEER VILLAGE: Admission is FREE at Ozaukee County Pioneer Village from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m on Sunday, June 15., 4880 County Hwy I, Saukville. (262) 377-4510. Enjoy heritage demonstrations and an ice cream social.
SOCCERFEST: Join in the festivities at Milwaukee’s largest soccer event hosted by the Milwaukee Soccer Development Group at Veteran’s Memorial Park from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m on Sunday, June 15th. The day includes soccer matches, soccer-themed challenges, Footgolf and various booths and other activities. FREE.
