The High Tea Party {A gorgeous experience} at Loft 24 in Oconomowoc • The Lake Country Mom

The High Tea Party. Have you heard about it? I wrote about it a few times, I told you to go. If you are reading this, I hope you did go! If you didn’t go I will tell you all about my glamorous time time there. First, or those of you that don’t know what The High Tea Party at Loft 24 in Oconomowoc was, you must learn. It was fabulous, it was it was. So much fun. It was dubbed “a gorgeous excuse to catch up with the girls” and it was. “An all-day event that includes decadent high tea, wine, food & dessert tastings, workshops, live art performances, yoga sessions, complimentary pamper stations such as hand, arm & neck massages, eye brow framing & waxing, eye lash lengthening, make up tutorials, make your own salt scrubs & very own perfume scents, one of a kind gifts & shopping, professional photographer shots & photo booth, time to relax with your girlfriends & more!”

It really was all that and more. Let me paint a picture for you. I went with my friend, Ana and brought my grandma along too. We purchased our tickets online, and checked in at the door. We are given a goodie bag full of coupons, discounts, information and products, and a fun passport to stop at each vendor inside. We were greeted at the door, with smiling faces, they took out coats, and were offered a glass of champagne. We were told if we stopped at each table there was $300 worth of products and or services we could receive that day! (WOW, and we just paid $25 to enter)

There was even a fully stocked make-your-own mimosa bar, with 4 kinds of juices, a few types of bubbly and fresh fruit to top it off! So impressed, just perfect. Everywhere you poked there were plates and towers of chocolates, treats and snacks. There was thee cutest tea station, where you could have a glass of tea, get this, in vintage tea cup you could keep! There was also a personal chef creating some fabulous dishes and appetizers that are to die for. (may I remind you this is all included!)

So what else was there? I know, you want to know!

First I want to tell you there were ladies from all ages there, a girls day out, mother/daughter day out, you name it! Like I said I went with my friend and my grandma, and there was something for all of us! We got our eyebrows done, we made salt scrubs, we made perfume, we got our nails done, there was adult ballet and yoga, there were tons of cute shops there will handmade wooden signage, and they each offered huge discounts to buy or coupons for a future purchase, got our eyelashes done, sampled tons of wine samples, tried cupcakes and toffee from talented local bakeries, had our photo taken, made a home fragrance, made a fun hair accessory, there were art classes, crochet teaching, little boutiques selling handcrafted and sweet baby items, some were even giving away gift certificates to use right on the spot, we got massages, we shopped, we laughed, we were pampered! The woman behind it all, the amazing Laura Kiley, owns of Loft 24. She is one creative lady. She should be commended of such fun event, brilliant. I would also like to thank a lll of her helpers that day, they were all so welcoming, inviting and happy to direct and help. It was truly the red carpet experience. I want to do it again!
