Amber Smith is the proud owner of Chic Boutique. She opened her store about 4-1/2 years ago & is going strong. Amber got inspiration to open a boutique from her grandparents. Her grandparents actually met & grew up in Watertown. One of there favorite things was being able to shop downtown. After being a paralegal for 7 years when the law firm she worked for shut down, Amber decided to open her own store.
Amber has always had a great sense of style & keeps up on the latest fashion trends. Not only is she providing quality fashion, she works at keeping it affordable so anyone can stay update on there fashion. You can find an ENTIRE outfit at her boutique. From accessories to shoes, she literally has it all. Even carrying nail polish. (Which by the way, is handmade) 
What is neat about the Chic Boutique, is Amber works with people & companies that are local or people that make there products by hand. One of her latest brands to carry, is from a company called Farmhouse Fresh which is a line of skincare products that are certified organic or use up to 100% naturally derived products. Not only are there products great, they also put a percentage of there profits towards rescuing farm animals.
Some of the jewelry she carries is made by hand. One of the companies works at providing women with a fair wage, safe working conditions, & health insurance. They also ensure no child labor. These jewelry pieces are absolutely gorgeous. In my haul today, I scored a gorgeous ring.
Next Thursday, May 17th, The Chic Boutique is partnering with Draeger’s Floral for a VIP Sip & Shop Ladies Night.This will be an amazing night of wine tasting, h’dourves, giveaways, special swag bag gifts, VIP access and one night only specials, and special vendors! So grab your friends and get tickets to this AMAZING event at The Chic Boutique! We will have two time slots available and only 50 tickets total will be sold!
