Best Pumpkin Bar Recipe
I don’t know about you, but pumpkin “anything” screams fall to me, and I love it. I have played around with many variations of the perfect pumpkin bar, and here is my favorite, so moist! Top them off with cream cheese frosting and you are set! Enjoy!
- 3 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions: Mix eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread in casserole pan. (Pick pan size based on how thick your want your bars) Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool before frosting.
