So, we all want to be healthier, look better and feel better about ourselves, right? This has been a battle for me for a long time. I haven’t shared this with our readers until now, but I have recently lost over twenty pounds and I have never felt better about myself. My energy and drive is back, my clothes fit-well they are too big, perfect excuse for new clothes, and most importantly– I am much healthier.
How did I do it? First portion control, eating foods that are good for me, and daily exercise. Sound simple enough? Yet, it has been hard, fun, yet I was extremely dedicated. I am not hear to tell you what to do, but I would like to share a few places to workout in Waukesha county that you may or may not know about. If you belong to a gym, great! I do, yet sometimes the monotonous routine of going to the gym becomes dull and very unmotivating, at least for me.

(Using a variety of sets, repetitions, exercises, volume, rest periods, and other elements to help boost intensity levels. We want to give you an opportunity to tap into your inner ballerina and no experience is required. Our adult ballet class is a traditional ballet class with barre and center work but is designed for adult students of all levels of training (even those without any training ever – and we mean ever). While you tap into your inner dancer we will focus on correct body alignment/placement, strength and flexibility while providing formal training in the foundations of classical ballet.
Our Adult Ballet Class is an open program offering single drop-in classes model. Drop in classes are $15 or you can purchase a 10 class card for only $120. Class cards to not expire (we know how busy life gets). Registration is required and a class minimum of 3 students is needed to avoid cancellation.
