I have never heard of Usborne Books & More, until I met a woman in my MOPS group (Mothers of Preschoolers). She was always talking about Usborne books and how much she and her daughter loved them. I didn’t even know that Usborne books were sold through direct marketing. After a couple outings with her and her daughter and seeing all of these books, I fell in love. Soon after, she had a mini book fair at our MOPS mom fair and I fell more in love. Shortly after I hosted my own party because let’s face it, I was hoping to earn free books for my daughter and I did! I briefly considered becoming a consultant, but thought “nah.” “I don’t. do. direct. marketing.” But after the party, and attending the book fair, I realized how wonderfully and engaging these books are.
My daughter loves them and will sit and read for hours. Then another friend of mine invited me to a totally different Usborne Facebook party and well, I could no longer not give in. I wanted all of the Usborne books, so I figured, hey, I already tell people all the time about my love for Usborne, so I might as well get a discount on the books and maybe earn some money for something I already do…
So here I am. I am a book lady, and proud of it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Say whatever you want. Usborne books are colorful, engaging, and educational. The textiles of the baby/toddler books are amazing. And if you know me in real life, I’m probably going to be giving your kids Usborne books for birthdays and/or every holiday. So you might as well just deal with it, because Usborne has books ranging from birth to adolescents including adult coloring books. So there is a little for everyone. Even my grandma jumped on and bought some adult coloring books! She is 77 and loves them!
I’m going to celebrate my new book adventures with a GIVEAWAY for my new eager readers! Woo hoo!! I’m on a roll with these giveaways apparently. I love to give FREE books away in my Facebook parties and home shows. You’ll never guess what I’m going to giveaway, so I’ll just go ahead and tell you: Some Usborne books! Ha! Only the best.
